About Us

Jenna Williams has a true love of real estate and property management. She began her career in multifamily housing starting in 2001. Over the years, she purchased homes as investment properties while working in real estate sales. She saw a need for better customer service in single family rental management and decided to create a company to be proud of. Her mission is to create happy tenants who want to care for the homes they live in and satisfied owners who want to grow their portfolios. She believes most concerns can be managed with good communication. She strives for excellence which her 3 boys might not love when it comes to cleaning their rooms! When she isn’t helping someone she can be found making memories for her scrapbook pages and gardening.

Eric Williams, brings vision and excellent project management. He began his career in information technology and project management. His loving wife pulled him into the world of real estate where he uses his strengths to organize projects large and small. He quietly focuses on data and spreadsheets to keep our business running smoothly. He provides excellent leadership training skills, communication, and project direction. When he isn’t busy with work commitments, you can find him tinkering in the shop, building a parade float, or playing 4 square with the kids.
