What are the application fees?
Application fee is non-refundable $50 per applicant 18 or older. All adults (18 years and older) must submit an application as well as a lease guarantor (co-signer) if applicable. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
You may apply on-line at your convenience by selecting the property tab, then select the apply online button. You may upload all necessary documents to speed along the approval process. We work diligently to make the application and move-in process as quick and simple as possible. -
Can you hold a place before I apply?
Application must be approved and deposit paid to hold a home. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Security deposit is due at lease signing. First month’s rent is due at or prior to move-in. Pet deposit is required before move-in. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The security deposit if fully refundable should no damage be present. We provide a move-out list to provide clarity to you so you clearly know what is expected in order for us to return your deposit. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Cosigner is needed in certain situations where credit or income requirements are not met. This is also known as a lease guarantor and may help you get approved. We will require an application and application fee to verify their credit and background information. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent is easily paid with our on-line portal. Automatic payments may be set up as well to streamline billing needs. -
Do you accept pets?
Some of our owners allow pets in their home while others do not. Pet type and limitations apply to each home as well as pet deposit and pet ret. -
What if I have a prior eviction on my record?
We are sorry, we will automatically deny an application with prior eviction within the past 5 years. -
What if I have a criminal history?
We screen all applicants for criminal history. We will automatically deny sex offenders and people with histories of violent crimes.
